About Table Tennis

Table tennis is a game played by two or four players hitting a soft ball called ping pong on a table. The pin pong ball is hit with a circular shaped racket. Points are scored by hitting the ball beyond the net in the middle of the table tennis table and hitting the ball in such a way that the opponent cannot overturn it. This game of table tennis was played for the first time in the nineteenth century in England. Founded in 1926, the world-wide International Table Tennis Foundation administers the game.
